The following terms and conditions outline the services and facilities provided by Around Clock Care Services and your rights as a client, participant, and volunteer. These terms will not apply to you if you are not using our services or participating in any of our programs.

In this document outlining the Terms and Conditions, “You” and “Your” refer specifically to the client, participant or recipient of our services. This could be an individual seeking care or a representative acting on their behalf. By using our services and agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge and accept the conditions put forward. “We,” “Our,” and “Us” mutually represent Around Clock Care Services (aroundclockcare.com.au/).

To ensure we can provide the best possible service, we reserve the right to update or modify the information and content available on our website or within the scope of our services offered.

Services Agreement

These terms and conditions, along with the service agreement you enter into with Around Clock Care Services, form an agreement between you (the client, participant, or recipient of our services) and Around Clock Care Services. If you have any concerns about these Terms or the Service Agreement, please contact us in writing before using our services.

Service Delivery

Around Clock Care Services committed to providing professional services that meet or exceed generally accepted standards for home care in Australia. This includes delivering services that are holistic and person-centered, therapeutic services customized to the best interests of each client, their family, and support network, with the ultimate goal of building capacity and independence.

Our service and support are the same for people from all backgrounds, including those with varying cultural, religious, or Indigenous affiliations, as well as individuals with disabilities or specific age or developmental needs.

Service Delivery Control

Around Clock Care Services is committed to achieving positive outcomes for our clients. To ensure this, we implement strict service delivery controls. This includes adhering to established policies, procedures, and work instructions. We prioritize understanding your specific needs through clear communication.

The service agreement you enter into with Around Clock Care Services outlines the services you require, and we will only deliver services after thorough planning and with your full understanding.

People of the Land Cultural Recognition

Around Clock Care Services wishes to recognize the traditional owners of the land and the aboriginal communities that our service serves. We provide services and support that meet the needs of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. Around Clock Care Services ensures staff is trained in culturally appropriate actions and requirements.

Intellectual Property

All our logos, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, patents, and other intellectual property (collectively, “Intellectual Property”) used on or in connection with our services are and will remain the exclusive and invaluable property of Around Clock Care Services or its licensors. You are granted no right or license to use any Intellectual Property without the prior written consent of Around Clock Care Services.

NDIS Code of Conduct

In providing support or services to people with disability, Around Clock Care Services and its staff will:

  • Act with respect to individual rights to freedom of expression, self-determination, and decision-making in accordance with applicable laws and conventions.
  • Respect the privacy of people with disabilities.
  • Provide support and services in a safe and competent manner, with care and skill.
  • Act with integrity, honesty and transparency.
  • Promptly take steps to raise and act on concerns about matters that may impact the quality and safety of supports and services provided to people with disability.
  • Take all reasonable steps to prevent and respond to all forms of violence against and exploitation, neglect and abuse of people with disability.
  • Take all reasonable steps to prevent and respond to sexual misconduct.

Client Obligations

Our Terms and Conditions outline the mutual expectations and responsibilities between you, as a client, participant, or recipient of services, and Around Clock Care Services. To ensure a smooth and successful experience for everyone involved, you must comply with the following obligations:

  • Clients or participants must keep us fully informed of any relevant medical, psychological, or background information that could impact the services we provide.
  • Hiding information, using false or fraudulent information, and misleading with a fabricated story or background would be subject to immediate termination of services or legal action.
  • You must ensure your home environment is safe and hazard-free so that our caregivers can perform their duties.
  • We ask that you treat our caregivers with courtesy and respect and refrain from any abusive behavior.
  • You must respect the property and belongings of our caregivers and refrain from any actions that may cause damage or disruption.
  • You must fulfill your financial obligations as outlined in the Service Agreement.
  • It is your responsibility to make timely payments for services rendered as per the terms agreed upon in the Service Agreement.
  • You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any content from our website or other materials without prior written permission from Around Clock Care Services.
  • You will not engage in any activities that could harm, disrupt, or interfere with the functionality or security of our website or services, including but not limited to hacking, phishing, or unauthorized access.
  • You agree not to directly hire or employ any staff, caregiver, or service provider introduced to you by Around Clock Care Services during the service period.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of any scheduled visit by an Around Clock caregiver must be notified in writing to us not less than 24 hours before the starting time of a scheduled visit. We nevertheless reserve the right to charge the Client the agreed-upon fee for the Services.

If you need to cancel Around Clock care services entirely, please provide us with written notification as soon as possible.

Changes to Terms

Our Terms & Conditions have been updated to ensure clarity and better reflect our commitment to you. We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time, so please check our website for updates. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us!
